Email Creation & Appearance

  • Use our easy to use but powerful WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get) to create professional looking HTML emails, including images from anywhere on the internet which can be scaled and formatted to fit perfectly into your message.
  • Easily include an attachment in your email.
  • Numerous Styles are provided for you to help you quickly create a professionally designed email in just 2 clicks.
  • Your emails also include your details as the sender to further help you comply with the Spam Act.
  • Embedding your logo into your HTML emails is done for you - you specify the position of the logo, and eNudge does the rest. Embedded logos will automatically appear in the recipient's preview pane, regardless of whether they automatically download images or not.
  • Once you have an email template that you are happy with, it's easy to re-use it in future campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Email campaigns can be sent immediately, or scheduled for a future date.
  • Each campaign can be directed to a targeted set of your contacts using powerful search criteria. It's easy to find and maintain your contacts using our contact search facility. You can also download your contacts at any time.
  • Allow your contacts to add themselves to your contact list by adding a simple online form to your website.
  • Your emails are automatically sent in both text and HTML format, and the receiving email client uses the right format depending on the recipients settings.
  • Each email includes a facility at the bottom to allow recipients to request that they receive only text based emails in future. eNudge handles recording their request and delivery of text based emails for you - no effort on your part.
  • Our sophisticated bounce management ensures that you do not repeatedly sent to emails that have "hard" bounced e.g. non-existent email address. This will help to ensure that you are not treated as a spammer by email gateways.
  • Each email automatically includes an unsubscribe facility at the bottom, ensuring that you comply with the Spam Act, and making it easy for you to manage the unsubscribe process. eNudge makes sure you don't email your contacts who have unsubscribed again - there's no effort on your part.
  • If your contacts unsubscribe, they are given the opportunity to send you feedback of why they wish to do so. This is invaluable information to help you to improve your business and your customer relationships.
  • It's easy to copy an existing campaign including (optionally) the contacts associated with that campaign, in order to quickly prepare a follow-up email.

Campaign Analysis

  • For every campaign, you will know:
    • who opened your emails,
    • who clicked through to a URL included in your email,
    • who unsubscribed,
    • and which emails bounced.
  • Reports on the progress of your campaigns including the above details are emailed to you at the time interval you specify, as well as being available for your review online at any time.
  • Key measures for your campaigns are shown in pie charts as part of the Campaign Summary Report, allowing you to quickly understand the results.
  • Our Email Comparison Report allows you to quickly see which email campaigns generated the greatest response rate, to help you identify the most successful subject lines and guide your analysis and improvement of your campaigns over time.
  • At any time you can download the details of the activity in your campaign into Excel for further analysis.
