Subject: New Year, new habits , blah blah blah....

Issue 77:  Dec / Jan 16            Training for a healthy Mind, Body & Wallet!

Dear Lar,

People I speak to say that Christmas seems so long ago. New Year resolutions? Pfft! Most people ARE positive but what they crave is time. So I'm going to give you what I call 'the best gift of all' and that is time. You may've thought this newsletter would take a few minutes to read but I'm making it short so you can .... STOP......BE STILL.....and breathe.....sloooowly and deeply. Two more times now......breathing deeply in and as you breathe out imagine your body melting away. How good does it feel? I do that each morning and at dusk, when having my mocha.

So happy 2016!! My theme is "Peace, Love & Happiness", a catchphrase that will help me stay focussed on my priorities. What's yours?

Oh and I'm in Sydney for the 4th - 12th April. If you'd like to connect there or if you'd like me to come to Canberra please contact me. Remember there's a money back guarantee on all offerings, including the reprinted Bedside Guide to S&M (now with colourful cartoons ;-)

Until next time, stay healthy, happy & wealthy, inside & out!

Fitness Tips (with more on the blog)

For the Mind: The tip this time is applicable to all three areas. Each year between the 26th and 31st Dec I do Strategic Visioning, taking time out to plan the following year. What worked, what didn't and thus what will I do more and less of? Who will I choose to be around more and who will I let fade from my life? This works for your mental, physical, spiritual and financial fitness. And it's quite exciting thinking about the possibilities - try it this long weekend!

For the Body: Did you really do those breaths? Why not do them again? ;-)

For the Wallet: This time on the blog I share what I do every 6 months to help me test and adjust my focus. It's funny how our time, money, health and happiness are interconnected. And how people might prioritise those 4 italicised words differently. There's no right or wrong ;-)

Also for the wallet, the 100 Tips for More Love and Less Debt is available here.
