Dear Lar, 

Chances are this Easter you get at least an extra day off. What will you do? May I suggest taking half an hour to just sit and be with yourself. Getting a massage doesn't count as there's external stimuli, although I do recommend getting one of those as well. As March is my birthday month I'll actually be getting a second one over Easter ;-) 

You can read on my blog how I sit and connect with the bigger picture which includes growing my business in order to help more people. And it has worked! There are now three National Financial Fitness (NFF) licensees in training as you read this. Thank you... Byron Bay library for hosting an Author talk on the 10th Feb. It was supposed to go for an hour but went for two and from the questions I received, I realised that Money Mistress is my calling. Spicing up financial education and rolling it into relationship exploration works wonderfully. Of course Financial Fitness still works for Government departments, conservative businesses, community groups and schools.

Fitness Tips (with more on the blog)

For the Mind: If you can imagine and feel comfortable with something it's easier to achieve. Write down what you'd do with $500,000 and the reasons why. Feel into it. How would your next 24 hours be different if this was reality?

For the Body: Exercise is easy. All you need to do is put on your favourite music (even while cleaning) and jump around. The first time I babysat my niece and nephew they were horrified I didn't have a TV. They quickly forgot as we enjoyed ourselves with a mini disco workout. 

For the Wallet: As we're three months into the new year compare your assets, liabilities and cash flow to January 1. Are you on track to achieve your goals by the end of the financial year (30 June in Australia) and 2016 goals? If you were aiming to save $20,000 this year have you already saved $5000? If your aim was to pay off $10,000 worth of debt are you a quarter of the way there? Tip: Ceck out how much your interest is costing you too. One lady who'd been trying to pay off a credit card for two years paid it off within three weeks after learning from asked how damaging her debt was.
