Issue 76:   Oct / Nov 15            Training for a healthy Mind, Body & Wallet!

Dear ,

As I sit here wanting to share so much with you I know your precious time has other priorites but please, do read this so you can have more leisure time in future. While most people are employees (yes even our bosses), there are some people who do not have our best interest at heart. One Canberra Car Sales manager told me he liked his salesmen in debt beacuse then they worked harder for him. Can you believe that?

So I don't want to scare you but at age 45 you only have 520 fortnightly pays until age 65. To some this sounds like a lot. To others, who realise where they are and where they want to be financially, it's not. Are you ahead, behind or in the same place as last year? And are you fully aware of what you need and on track for a comfortable retirement?

Many of you know my alter ego Your Money Mistress that Whips wallets into shape with an entertaining and fun approach to money management. In 2016 this is going to be my focus as Financial Fitness is ticking along steadily but doesn't allow me to highlight the urgency (ie crack the whip), that is needed for those who don't want to live on welfare in their old age. And who can guarantee the Government will have the funds required in years to come? Those that do have money will be supporting those that don't so it behoves all of us to be interested.

If you have an innovative workplace or group of friends that would like to be part of the small 5% that are financially independent at retirement, contact me for more information. And if your workplace is conservative yet would still like a great recruitment, retention and fraud prevention tool (ie financial literacy training) then please forward this link. Yes financial strain at home is the number 1 cause of fraud.

If individually you'd just like to have more leisure time (now and by retiring early), you can checkout this page. So before the year is up take a small step towards 2016 being the year you got on top of your finances. Remember all Financial Fitness and Money Mistress offerings come with a money back guarantee that we're proud to say, has never been requested in 11 years of training. Merry Christmas and catch you in the New Year! x

Until next time, stay healthy, happy & wealthy, inside & out!

Life's lighter side   Please accept that no offence is intended. If you have a sense of humour, you are on the way to good health

Q: How do you know carrots are good for you?
A: Have you ever seen a rabbit wearing glasses? (insert rolling of eyes ;-)

Q:
Did you hear of the streaker who thought of retiring?
A: Well he decided to stick it out for another year. (Insert cringe here ;-)

Fitness Tips (with more on the blog)

For the Mind: With Christmas not far away and the possible stress, try and make someone else laugh everyday. A laugh a day is doing yourself a favour and practising the habit, will make it an enjoyable way of life.

For the Body: How much do you spend on your car? Do you value your body more than your car? You only have one body so spend some money and time on keeping it healthy. Your body will of course repay the favour by looking after you! ;-)

For the Wallet: The 76th share on the blog is quite personal as I urge you to adopt "the more money I have the more good I can do with it" attitude. While some may say this hinders professional progress I want you to know the real me and if you want to get close, the post went onto my personal Facebook page (I realised, waking up suddenly at 3am this morning and saying "Oh well"). There are a couple of comments there and yes, some clients are my friends so you're welcome to join me there too. Indeed Richard Branson does business with friends and makes it fun. Why not us? ;-)

Also for the wallet, Your Money Mistress has her book available here.
