We're pleased to announce that Enudge is now keeping track of the email campaign or message series email through which a contact unsubscribes (not just the fact that they have unsubscribed on a particular date). This will provide you with additional information about engagement with each Enudge email you send.
How to access the new information?
After sending an Enudge email campaign, you will now see the number of unsubscribes listed in the Campaign Analysis results table, along with a pie chart for unsubscribes expressed as a percentage of emails delivered.
You can click on the number of unsubscribes to navigate to a list of all the people who unsubscribed via the individual email campaign.
The total number of unsubscribes will also appear in your campaign email report.
When viewing the details of a contact who has unsubscribed, you will see a link to the related email campaign or message series email.
Additional changes to the reporting of Message Series email campaigns will be implemented shortly.
