Campaign Follow Up
Subscribing to eNudge Plus gives you access to the very useful Campaign Follow Up for SMS and Email campaigns. The Campaign Follow Up provides you with the following functionality:
- After sending your campaign, open up the Campaign Follow Up view to see a list of all the contacts who received the campaign, including their contact information - phone, email, fax.
- Record against each person the additional contact you have made, the response, and a next follow up date.
- Due / Overdue "next follow ups" are highlighted.
