Email Accessibility
WCAG compliance is essential for providing people with vision impairment, and other disabilities, easy access to your content. To help you improve your accessibility we recommend using this easy to use Contrast Checker. Colour contrast is just one factor in accessibility. You might also be interested in 'Email Accessibility: A Guide to Inclusive Communication' published in August, 2024 by Accessibility Checker, which provides great insights into the many aspects of accessibility along with real world examples of good and poor emails.
Animated Gif Creation
Emails containing animated images have been shown to significantly increase engagement. To quickly create an animated gif with a small file size, we often use EZGif. You can also use this tool to convert a video file into an animated gif, and the further compress the resulting gif file.

Imagery
On the topic of images, if you are struggling to find a great image to help communicate your message to your audience, through the Enudge email campaign editor you can easily search for royalty free images to insert. Your own photography or product images will always be better, but sometimes you don't have the luxury of a fresh photoshoot, so stock images can be a great help. Artificial Intelligence
Writing unique, authentic content is near and dear to our hearts, and something we see as vitally important in establishing your brand to the marketplace. However, we also acknowledge that using AI tools to help generate content can be a great time saver, and can also help you to find new ideas and ways of talking about your topic. That's why we have embedding AI into the Enudge interface in our product roadmap, to bring AI to your fingertips.
In the interim, there are numerous free and easy to access AI tools that you can use right now to help you write the content you need.
Browser Based: Try typing @Gemini into your Chrome browser address bar to get started with Google's free AI generation tool. Similarly if you are using Microsoft Edge, you can click on the CoPilot icon to open up the chat bar and ask the AI tool to generate the content you need.
Computer / Device Based: Likely your operating system will now come with an AI tool for generating content. For example, on Windows you can start at the CoPilot AI chat tool by pressing Windows Key + C. If you install Gemini on your Android phone, you can get the AI agent to perform tasks for you right on your phone.
Account Based:There are many other AI tools which you can use with very reasonable price points, such as OpenAI. You might also like to consider Grammarly which will help you write better content, as well as get AI assistance at the same time.
